If you submit the inquiry form, CranioWave may receive the contact details you provide, such as your name, city, email address, phone number, inquiry type and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry.
Healthcare information
Please do not use the public website form to transmit medical or clinical information. Once appropriate contact is established, CranioWave can tell you what communication methods should be used for clinical information.
Analytics
Analytics should be configured so that names, email addresses, phone numbers and medical information are not transmitted to analytics providers. Review the deployment README before enabling Google Analytics.
